Picture book with prints about the geography, crops, peoples and realizations of the Belgian colonizer in the Congo. The chocolate packages of the Belgian chocolate company Martougin contained the chromos, or coloured prints, for this type of picture book. By buying enough chocolate it was possible to fill a picture book. The picture books provided information about the world, but also circulated clichés about black people.
