This jewellery box with ivory marquetry on soft wood stands on four brass bulb feet. The arabesques, typical 16th-century ornaments by Cornelis Floris II, are engraved. These jewellery boxes were made by the makers of the famous 16th- and 17th-century Antwerp cabinets.
