Ship model of a Chinese junk (Dandong / Antung) - cargo junk
Beschreibung
Ship model of a cargo junk. Capacity of 73 tons. Manned by 13 men. According to the 'Catalogue' of 1905 (p. 46 no. 72) a 'guadow' junk from Zhifu. According to D. W. Waters, however, clearly a cargo junk of Dandong, although proportions do not quite tally.
