De blouse met groene mouwtjes en schoulders is grotendeels versierd met een zogenoemde 'mola'. De mola van deze blouse toont een aantal dieren die met de staart aan elkaar zijn verbonden. In het midden is een vogel met gespreide vleugels afgebeeld. De mola (Kuna voor 'shirt' of 'kleding') is een type geborduurd paneel, als onderdeel van een vrouwenblouse, gedragen door de Kuna-indianen van de San Blas-archipel. Deze ligt voor de oostkust van Panama. De felgekleurde ontwerpen van de 'mola' zijn uitgevoerd in omgekeerde applicatietechniek. Ze zijn traditioneel abstract en vaak gebaseerd op de patronen van hersenkoraal. Recentelijk komen schematisch getekende figuratieve ontwerpen steeds vaker voor. De oorsprong van de mola blijft onzeker maar ze kwam voor het eerst voor in de vroege periode van de Spaanse kolonisatie. Mogelijk liggen pre-Spaanse lichaamsbeschilderingen aan de patronen ten grondslag.
